TC: EuroConnect

EuroConnect, a networking event funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, was held in Oroslavje, Croatia. This six-day event brought together 12 youth organizations from across Europe to network, share ideas, and develop skills for addressing social challenges in their communities.

 

💪 Main Aim: To foster collaboration and networking among European youth organizations, facilitating the development of projects that address social issues.

 

🎯 Objectives:

  1. Promote Networking: Facilitate interactions among youth organizations, fostering a deeper understanding of their roles and activities within communities.
  2. Skill Development in Project Identification: Enhance capabilities in identifying and developing community-focused projects.
  3. Erasmus+ Proposal Writing: Guide writing effective project proposals, with a focus on Erasmus+ Key Action 1 and Key Action 2.
  4. Cultivate Healthy Partnerships: Establish a foundation for strong, ongoing collaborations between partner organizations.

 

✨ Impact:

The impact of EuroConnect was significant and multi-dimensional. One of the primary achievements was enhanced networking, as the event successfully connected various youth organizations, leading to potential collaborations and knowledge exchange. Participants gained valuable insights into identifying community needs and formulating project ideas, thereby enhancing their skills. Another notable impact was the proficiency in proposal writing; participants improved their understanding of the Erasmus+ funding mechanisms, enabling them to seek funding for future projects effectively. Lastly, the event fostered a sense of community among participants, paving the way for lasting partnerships and cooperative efforts.
